In 2014, Olive's dream took a new form with the establishment of Caketastic, a beloved cake and dessert shop nestled in the heart of Tampa. The warm reception from the community affirmed her belief in the power of good food to create connections and spread joy. Fast forward to 2023, Olive's culinary prowess was officially recognized when she received the prestigious title of Pastry Chef of the Year from the esteemed ACF Tampa Bay Culinary Association.
